Immunochemiluminescent analysers

Immunochemiluminescent analysers

Immunological analyser
(IHLA, ELISA or immunofluorescence analyser) – It is a medical device used to determine the immunological parameters of blood.

The device is used for in-vitro diagnostics in clinical diagnostic laboratories. WIZARDLAB offers immunological analysers manufactured by Mindray, Diesse, Getein, Genrui, Monobind and Snibe, amongst others.

Immunochemiluminescent and enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay methods

These methods are used to diagnose the following conditions: allergic reactions and food intolerances, diabetes, anaemia, thyroid disorders, cardiac conditions, hepatitis B and C, urogenital infections, cancer, TORCH infections (in utero transmission), antenatal screening in pregnant women, and female hormones. It is worth noting that the range of tests is constantly expanding.

Advantages of the IHLA research method:

An increasing number of immunology laboratories are opting for chemiluminescent immunoassay (CLIA) over ELISA methods
1. High accuracy and sensitivity (greater than 90%)
2. Speed of analysis.
3. The use of non-enzymatic reagent components, which ensures the stability of the reagents.

Why is a closed test system a good thing?

  • Perfect compatibility of reagents and consumables.
  • The fully automated system minimises the occurrence of errors by eliminating the human factor.

In addition to The analyser’s probe, We also offer Mindray semi-automatic ELISA analysers and automatic ELISA analysers Chorus Trio (Diesse, Italy).

Furthermore, a quantitative immunofluorescence analyser is available for additional diagnostic testing Getein1100 (Getein Biotech, China). It enables the diagnosis of more than 20 parameters, including: troponin, D-dimer, glycated haemoglobin, procalcitonin, CRP, anti-Müllerian hormone and many other parameters.

Coronavirus infection can also be diagnosed on all models (COVID-19).
