Yes, the warranty period and service is 12 months from the date of installation of the equipment.
How is service support provided?
Contact the service department via the contacts on the website, engineers and methodologists are available on weekdays from 9 to 18, and the product department is available around the clock.
What is included in the scope of delivery of the analyzers?

I don't have the funds to buy an analyser, but I have a flow of patients. Can I get an analyser for free?

Are the analyzers calibrated?
Since mandatory verification was cancelled in 2018, the analysers are not metrologically verified by default. You can order verification from us or contact your local metrologist, who verifies all other devices in the hospital.
