Payment terms
The minimum order amount is 500 UAH. We work on a prepayment basis - your personal manager will send you an invoice after placing your order.
Payment on the invoice can be made at any bank in Ukraine. The cost of bank commissions is not included in the cost of the goods and depends on the bank's tariff. The moment of payment is the receipt of the customer's funds to the seller's bank account.
After payment, the manager will contact you to clarify the shipment and delivery details.
Terms of delivery
You can choose a delivery method that is convenient for you:
- Pickup of products (discussed with the manager).
- Delivery by our company's own delivery service (discussed with the manager)
- Delivery by Nova Poshta courier services (at carrier rates)
The cost of delivery is calculated individually depending on the volume of the cargo.
Return of goods
You can return the product (or exchange it for another similar one) if the following return conditions are met:
- It is not on the list of goods that cannot be exchanged or returned
- It has not been in use and has been preserved in the form in which it was purchased
- Less than 14 days have passed since the item was purchased
