Description

The Heaco NE-M01 is an ultrasonic (MES) inhaler that atomises medicines in the form of microscopic droplets that can easily penetrate the respiratory tract to achieve maximum therapeutic effect in the case of respiratory diseases. Mesh technology is based on the vibration of a special membrane with microscopic holes, through which the drug is transformed into an aerosol.

Features:

• Thanks to ultrasonic technology, the device operates almost silently;
• The compactness and autonomy of the inhaler allow it to be used outside the home, for example, when travelling;
• The device operates on two AA batteries and an AC mains supply;
• the inhaler is suitable for inhalation of the upper respiratory tract in the treatment of sinusitis, tracheitis, laryngitis, ARVI, and for the lower respiratory tract in the treatment of asthma and bronchitis;
• the proportion of small atomised particles with a diameter of less than 5 microns (respirable fraction) is not less than 90%;
• a wide range of medicines used that can be used for inhalation;
• the medication chamber is completely sealed, which allows the inhaler to be used at a 45-degree angle.

Which medicines CAN be used in the Mesh nebuliser

• Saline (dosage 0.926, hypertonic or isotonic type).
• Mucolytics
  Pulmozyme, Fluimucil (acetylcysteine), Lasolvan
• Antibiotics, antiseptics, anaesthetics, immunomodulators
  Gentamicin, Miramistin, Dioxidin, Furacilin, Lidocaine. Decasan and others.
• Hormonal glucocorticoids, decongestants, antihistamines
  Dexamethasone, Pulmicort, Budesonide, Naftizine, Adrenaline and others.
• Bronchodilators, M-cholinergics, B2-adrenomimetics, corticosteroids
  Salbutamol, Nebutamol, Berotec and others.

Solutions and medicines that should NOT be filled into the Mesh Nebuliser

and which can lead to the destruction of the mesh membrane:

• Substances with a large molecular structure or viscous substances,
  as hyaluronic acid (contains Lorde, Nazisoft, Okistar, etc.).
• Substances and solutions containing suspended particles (herbal decoctions, suspensions, emulsions) Suspended particles are much larger than the particles in the respirable fraction. Their use in the nebuliser may be harmful to your health
  and destroy the mesh membrane.

• Oil solutions (including essential oils) - particles of oils, getting into
  into the lower respiratory tract form the smallest films and increase the risk of developing so-called "oil pneumonia"? can also destroy the mesenchyme;
• Flammable anaesthetic mixtures, flammable on contact with air, oxygen and nitrous oxide.
• Aromatic substances.
