The support is positioned next to a patient who is lying down and helps them to change their position in bed if necessary, without needing assistance from others.
- This special support is designed to help people who, due to musculoskeletal disorders, find it difficult to get out of bed unaided.
- The Goose enables bedridden patients to look after themselves: not only to adjust their position in bed to a more comfortable one, but also to strengthen the muscles that have weakened during the rehabilitation period.
- By grasping the partition with their hand, the user can gradually assume an upright position by pulling themselves up against the support;
- In the case of certain injuries or during the post-operative period, patients are advised to use a bedside exercise bar to restore muscle tone in their back and arms.
- The bedside trapeze is secured by a metal support base.
