LUXAMED ophthalmoscopes are equipped with a wheel for adjusting the lens from +20 to -20 diopters, which allows for accurate direct ophthalmological examination of the retina and blood vessels.
About the LuxaScope Luxamed LED 3.7V ophthalmoscope with black adapter:
