• VAT;
• commissioning work: assembly, software installation, configuration;
• staff training;
• warranty period: 12 months from the date of commissioning;
• service support and methodological support during the warranty period;
• Once the warranty period has expired, it is possible to enter into a service agreement, which will ensure priority service and the swift resolution of any service issues.
