The devices have been designed in accordance with the principles of biomechanics and ergonomics and combine the benefits of strength training whilst reducing the risk of excessive strain on muscles and joints. The ability to arrange the GYMNESIS CIRCLE set in a circle allows a larger group of patients to exercise simultaneously in a small space. The use of springs instead of traditional weights makes it possible to perform concentric and eccentric exercises within a closed kinematic chain. You can also use additional KINESIS weights of various weights ranging from 0.5 to 4 kg, which are attached to the wrist or ankle.
