Anaemia is judged by the haemoglobin content in the blood during a routine examination, the normal value is 110-160 g/l, 90-110 g/l - mild anaemia, 60-90 g/l - moderate anaemia, haemoglobin less than 60 g/l - moderate anaemia requiring haemotransfusion therapy. Therefore, Hb determination is important for assessing anaemia. It is used to screen for anaemia-related disease, to determine the severity of anaemia, to monitor the response to anaemia treatment, and to assess polycythemia.
For this purpose, Konsung Medical has developed the H7 Series Portable Haemoglobin Analyser using microfluidic method, spectrophotometry and scatter compensation technology to ensure clinical standard accuracy (CV≤1.5%). Only 10 µl of blood from a finger tip is required, and within 5 seconds you will receive the test results on a large colour TFT screen.
