Description
Unio B48 extraction system - is a laboratory instrument for the automated isolation of nucleic acids (DNA/RNA) from various biological samples (whole blood, serum, plasma, swabs, tissue, etc.) using paramagnetic particle technology. The systems provide fast, clean, efficient, non-contact nucleic acid extraction using built-in protocols and a ready-to-use pre-filled cartridge system.
Extraction kits are available:
- UNIO kit for isolation of viral DNA/RNA;
- UNIO kit for bacterial DNA isolation;
- UNIO kit for the extraction of genomic DNA from whole blood;
- UNIO kit for DNA extraction from food samples (on request).
Features of Unio B48:
- automated extraction;
- pre-filled cartridges for 1-48 samples (1 sample resolution);
- a UV lamp for disinfection is installed.
