About the Anatolia Geneworks UNIO M32 Nucleic Acid Extraction System

The UNIO M32 Extraction System is a fully automated laboratory instrument for the extraction of nucleic acid (DNA and RNA) from biological samples based on silica-coated magnetic beads for use in downstream PCR applications for diagnostic purposes. The system uses ready-to-use and pre-populated nucleic acid extraction kits that contain all the necessary reagents for the extraction process. These pre-populated kits allow for the work with different sample types such as blood, serum, plasma, swabs, sputum, BAL, cell culture and cerebrospinal fluid and can isolate different pathogens such as viruses and bacteria. 

UNIO M32 складається з сенсорного LCD-екрану та двох окремих платформ для екстракційних планшетів, кожна для 16 зразків, і може легко обробляти від 1 до 32 зразків після короткого часу підготовки.
