{"id":15118,"date":"2025-12-11T11:58:45","date_gmt":"2025-12-11T09:58:45","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/www.wizard-lab.com.ua\/?post_type=product&#038;p=15118"},"modified":"2025-12-11T11:58:46","modified_gmt":"2025-12-11T09:58:46","slug":"tsentryfuha-laboratory-grade-3m-micromed-for-15-ml-test-tubes","status":"publish","type":"product","link":"https:\/\/www.wizard-lab.com.ua\/en\/product\/tsentryfuha-laboratorna-sm-3m-micromed-dlia-probirok-15-ml\/","title":{"rendered":"MICROmed SM-3M laboratory centrifuge for 15 ml test tubes"},"content":{"rendered":"<h5>The SM-3M 12-tube multi-centrifuge is designed for use in clinical diagnostic laboratories and research institutions to prepare blood samples for clinical studies.<\/h5>\n<h5>The centrifuge is also used to prepare blood components for therapeutic procedures \u2013 such as platelet-rich plasma (PRP) for PRP therapy \u2013 and platelet-rich fibrin (PRF) for PRF therapy.<\/h5>\n<p>Modern, effective techniques are used in comprehensive rejuvenation programmes (aesthetic medicine), orthopaedics and surgical dentistry.<\/p>\n<p>A biologically active substance obtained by centrifuging blood plays an important role in stimulating metabolism, microcirculation, lymph flow and peripheral blood circulation, as well as tissue regeneration.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>The MICROmed SM-3M portable batch-type laboratory centrifuge enables the separation of heterogeneous liquid systems with a density of up to 2 g\/cm\u00b3 into different fractions, and is widely used for diagnostic and research purposes.<\/p>\n<p>The MICROmed SM-3M laboratory centrifuge is certified to the ISO 13485:2016 international quality standard for medical devices.<\/p>\n<p>It complies with the requirements of the Technical Regulations for Medical Devices, is registered with the Ukrainian Centre for Certification (UMCS) and is authorised for use in medical practice.<\/p>\n<p><strong>DESCRIPTION<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>The MICROmed SM-3M laboratory centrifuge, with a rotor speed of 4,000 rpm, is comparable in terms of its range of functions and capabilities to the following centrifuge models: OPn-3, OPn-3M, OPn-3.01, OPn-3.02, SM-6 ELMI, SM-6M ELMI, CLMN-R10-01 Liston C2201.<\/p>\n<p>It features a patented design and construction, characterised by the following:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>a new ergonomic casing;<\/li>\n<li>A 12-well rotor with wells for 15 ml tubes \u2013 these may be glass or plastic tubes of various sizes, including vacuum tubes such as Vacutainers and those used for plasma lifting;<\/li>\n<li>a modern motor with interface-controlled speed and an innovative suspension system, ensuring the lowest levels of vibration and noise during operation compared with all similar models currently on the market;<\/li>\n<li>a microprocessor-based control unit with a large LCD display, backlighting and large buttons;<\/li>\n<li>Thanks to the software-controlled acceleration and deceleration of the rotor, the smoothness with which its rotational speed builds up to the set value and the braking dynamics have been significantly improved; the lid drive is microprocessor-controlled.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>The new SM-3M centrifuge microprocessor unit operates according to the following algorithm:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Once the test tubes have been placed in the rotor slots, the following settings are entered on the electronic control unit: rotation speed with a resolution of up to 100 rpm (maximum \u2013 4000 rpm), and centrifugation time (from 0 to 60 minutes);<\/li>\n<li>Whilst the SM-3M centrifuge is in operation, the display shows the current rotational speed and the time remaining until the end of the set cycle. It is possible to adjust both the centrifugation time and the rotor speed whilst the machine is running;<\/li>\n<li>Once the centrifuge has completed the set operating time and the rotor has come to a complete stop, an audible signal is emitted to indicate that the equipment is ready for the tubes to be removed;<\/li>\n<li>The test material is unloaded after the lid is opened using a button on the control panel. In addition, the MICROmed SM-3M centrifuge is fitted with a mechanism for forced lid opening in emergency situations or in the event of a power cut, as well as an electronic lock to prevent the lid from being opened whilst the machine is in operation. When restarted, the SM-3M multi-centrifuge operates according to the previous programme.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Advantages of the MICROmed SM-3M laboratory centrifuge<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>The main
